1831 B-3, R5 Small Letters Capped Bust Quarter VF+ Rare

From a nice circulated collection of Bust Quarters by variety. Rarity ratings are from Tompkins book which in several cases are lower (less rare) than Browning or the BQCS census suggest. This coin has a couple of old light lines through 3 and 1 as shown, but nothing untoward for the grade and a great example of this rare variety.
