First year San Francsico Seated Quarter, and the only No Motto With Arrows example from that mint. A couple of old scrapes partially hidden in the neck and ankle presumably account for PCGS assessment (Code 98 = Damage), but still a very decent looking coin, and very tough to find with this level of detail. AU detail, but net priced as an XF.
